Delete pages from a PDF
Mark the pages you don't want, then download what's left.
About removing pages
Click any page to mark it for removal; it dims and gets a line through it. Nothing is decided until you download, so you can change your mind as often as you like, and your original file on disk is never touched.
The pages you keep are copied across whole, with their fonts, images and selectable text intact. Removing a page genuinely removes it rather than hiding it, so the content cannot be recovered from the file you download.
That last point matters when you are stripping a page out of something confidential, which is also why this runs entirely in your browser with no upload.
Deleting pages: common questions
- Are the deleted pages really removed from the file?
- Yes. The download is built fresh from the pages you kept, so the content of a removed page is not in the file at all. It is not hidden behind a flag that someone could switch back on.
- How do I delete several pages at once?
- Click each page you want gone and a red cross marks it. Everything unmarked is kept. Download when the crosses are on the right pages.
- Can I get a deleted page back?
- Your original file is untouched on your computer, so you can always open it again and start over. The download is a new file rather than a change to the one you opened.
- Is there a limit on how many pages I can remove?
- No, as long as one page is left to save. There is no account, no watermark and no page cap.
